Hi All,
While configuring the Fixed Reader in the RIFIDI Edge Server I noticed that I am not able to see the duplicate tags in my console while using the UniqueTag Filtering service. Is it possible to filter the duplicates without developing a custom application(i.e does RIFIDI provide anything out of the box to filter the tags)??
Thanks in advance!!!

Re: Filtering Tags in RIFIDI Edge Server
Is your question is there a way to filter duplicate tags in Rifidi core without having to develop a Rifidi app using Rifidi services such as Unique Tag Interval Service?

Exactly...
Re: Filtering Tags in RIFIDI Edge Server
Currently Rifidi core does not support additional filtering other than to develop a Rifidi App via the SDK
Coming soon in Rifidi 3.6 (targeting late Summer/Fall 2016) we plan to release the Application Level Events (ALE) interface which is a RFID standard to enable filtering via Webservices interface. Re: Filtering Tags in RIFIDI Edge Server
According to the latest documentation, Edge server 3.6 supports EPCglobal ALE interface v1.0, is there any plans to support latest 1.1.1 ratified in 2009? New features like Tag Smoothing would be very useful. Thanks
Re: Filtering Tags in RIFIDI Edge Server
Nervin, thanks for your input and question on ALE / Tag Smoothing. At this point there are no plans to support that, but depending on user demand this could be revised. If you have a concrete business need for it, please reach out to the Transcends team to discuss details (info at transcends.co)
