I started the edge server and was able to connect to the Enterprise Dashboard, I listed my server in the dashboard, but I was unable to start a session, an orange mark is left on the session icon when I tried to start a new session, please help me.

Did you verify the session properties are correct for teh reader - otherwise the session will not start
IP, port, reader is on, using teh correct reader adapter etc..
