Large memory tags emulation

Post by filbat » Mon Mar 12, 2012 11:13 am

Good morning.

We are working on an a system for biometric authentication
based on RFID tags.

Our application requires that the RFID tags have a very large
user memory (nearly 8-32 KBytes). We are thinking to use
chips like TegoChip (http://www.tegoinc.com/products/products_tegochip.php)
for the implementation of our system.

We want to emulate via software the behaviour of the hardware and
we are evaluating the possibility to use Rifidi for our purposes.

We have examined the interface of your software and it seems that
Rifidi emulator can only emulate tags with 96-bits memory size.

Is it possible to work around this limitation ? Is it
possible to emulate tags with a memory configuration
defined by the user and large as desidered ?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
